Every non-food consumer product sold into the EU needs an economic operator established here, and Great Britain can require one too. We are that operator in both: Europe Services SE in the Union and REP27 LTD in Great Britain. Our name and address go on your label and in the marketplace compliance field, backed by a code that resolves on a live register.

You need a Responsible Person
- A manufacturer outside the EU selling to EU consumers, directly or through a marketplace
- An importer or brand owner with no legal entity established in the Union
- A seller on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop or any platform serving EU buyers
- Anyone whose products are dropshipped into the EU under their own brand
You probably do not
- You already have a company established in an EU member state that takes the role
- Your goods are food, feed, medicines, medical devices or live plants and animals
- You sell only outside the Union and never ship into it
- Your EU importer is named on the product and accepts the obligations

How fast can I put your name on a listing?
The designation is issued the same working day the form and payment are complete. You receive the label block and the code immediately, so the listing can be corrected before the next marketplace check.
Do you charge per product or per SKU?
No. Every plan covers unlimited products. The plans differ by the number of brands and by how much review work is included, not by how many things you sell.
What exactly do you do if an authority writes?
We acknowledge receipt, notify you the same day, pass on the file, and cooperate on corrective action. We keep the mandate and the declaration of conformity available and hand them over on request.
Are you liable if my product injures someone?
The safety of the product remains yours. Our obligations are those of Art. 16: holding the documentation, cooperating with authorities and informing them of risks. The mandate sets this out and includes your indemnity.
Why not the cheapest provider on the market?
Because a name on a label is only worth what it can prove. Ours comes with a code that anyone — a marketplace, a customs officer, a buyer — can resolve on a public register in seconds. A PDF cannot do that.
Can I move to you from another Responsible Person?
Yes, and it is quick. Send us the current designation, we issue the new one, and you update the label block and the marketplace field. Switching costs the renewal price, not the first-year price.
