Prices exclude VAT and are billed annually in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel before the renewal date. Customers outside the EU are outside the scope of Czech VAT; EU customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.

What is included

  • Designation as your representative in the Union under Article 27 GDPR, for all 27 member states
  • Signed designation letter with our countersignature, eIDAS electronic signature
  • Certificate with QR code and a public verification page anyone can check
  • Live badge for your site and the Article 13/14 wording in 8 languages
  • Dedicated address, inbox and web form for data subjects and authorities
  • Up to 10 forwarded requests a year, each logged with its date

What this plan does not cover

  • Unlimited requests — above 10 a year you move to Standard
  • We do not hold your Article 30 records for you
  • No multilingual handling of the requests themselves
  • No GPSR or CE representation

What is included

  • Everything in Base
  • Unlimited forwarded requests, no per-request fee
  • We hold your Article 30 records and produce them to an authority on request
  • Request desk in 8 languages, with the 30-day GDPR clock visible to both sides
  • Priority handling: authority requests forwarded the same business day

What this plan does not cover

  • Product obligations under GPSR or CE marking — that is Multi
  • Legal advice, DPO services or compliance audits
  • Answering a request on the merits: that stays with you

Multi

What is included

  • Everything in Standard
  • Responsible person under Article 16 GPSR: our name on your product and marketplace listings
  • Authorised representative under Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 for CE-marked goods
  • One contract, one renewal date for all three roles

What this plan does not cover

  • Certification, testing or drafting of your technical file
  • Customs clearance or import duties
  • Regulated goods needing a licence you do not hold

Never accepted, on any plan

  • Special categories of data under Article 9 and criminal-conviction data under Article 10
  • Services aimed at children under 16
  • Large-scale monitoring, profiling or biometric identification
  • Data brokerage or scraping
  • Adult content, gambling, cryptoassets, weapons, consumer pharmaceuticals
  • Any activity requiring a licence the client does not hold

If we cannot represent you, we refund in full and tell you why in writing. Nothing is published in your name until a person has approved the file.
