Why buy it through AWS

One invoice, no new vendor

Billed by AWS on the invoice you already pay. Procurement does not need to onboard a new supplier or approve another contract template.

Faster approval

Most finance teams have pre-approved AWS Marketplace purchases: what usually takes weeks of vendor review becomes a subscription you can start today.

Can count toward your AWS commitment

Depending on your agreement with AWS, Marketplace purchases may count toward committed spend. Your AWS account manager can confirm it for your contract.

Exactly the same service

The same people, documents and verification code as buying from our website. Only the billing channel changes.

What the EUDR asks of companies outside the EU

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, requires operators and traders that place cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya or wood products on the EU market, or export them, to submit a due diligence statement in the EU Information System. Article 6 lets them mandate in writing an authorised representative established in the Union to submit those statements on their behalf. The rules apply from 30 December 2026 for medium and large companies and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises.

What the mandate does not do: liability stays with the operator (Article 6), and geolocation, risk assessment and supplier data remain yours. After the December 2025 amendment most downstream companies no longer file at all; if that is your case, we tell you honestly before you buy.

Questions

Who needs an EUDR authorised representative?

Operators and traders outside the EU that place cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya or wood products on the EU market, or export them, and want someone established in the Union to submit their due diligence statements.

Does the mandate transfer liability?

No. Article 6 is explicit: the operator or trader remains responsible for compliance. Geolocation, risk assessment and supplier data are yours; we file, receive and keep the records.

Do I still need to file after the December 2025 amendment?

Perhaps not. Regulation (EU) 2025/2650 took most downstream companies out of the filing duty. If you would have nothing to file, we tell you honestly before you buy.

When does the EUDR apply?

From 30 December 2026 for medium and large operators and traders, and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises.

Is there a fee per shipment?

No. Each plan covers unlimited due diligence statements for the products it includes: up to 2, 5 or 10 products depending on the plan.

Who sends the invoice?

AWS. The subscription appears on your AWS bill, so you will not receive a second invoice from us.

Can I pay by card instead?

Yes. If you do not use AWS, appoint us directly on our website with card, PayPal or bank transfer, yearly or monthly.
