Why buy it through AWS

One invoice, no new vendor

Billed by AWS on the invoice you already pay. Procurement does not need to onboard a new supplier or approve another contract template.

Faster approval

Most finance teams have pre-approved AWS Marketplace purchases: what usually takes weeks of vendor review becomes a subscription you can start today.

Can count toward your AWS commitment

Depending on your agreement with AWS, Marketplace purchases may count toward committed spend. Your AWS account manager can confirm it for your contract.

Exactly the same service

The same people, documents and verification code as buying from our website. Only the billing channel changes.

What the Digital Services Act asks of non-EU providers

Online platforms, marketplaces, hosting services and other intermediary services that have no establishment in the EU but offer their service there must designate in writing a legal representative in one of the Member States where they offer it (Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The representative's details must be public and notified to the Digital Services Coordinator, and the representative can be held liable for non-compliance.

    Subscribe on AWS

Open REP27 DSA on AWS Marketplace, choose the plan and confirm with your AWS account.

  2. 2
    Complete the onboarding

AWS sends you to our website: your company, your service, the Member States and your contact point for users.

  3. 3
    Receive your documents

A person reviews the file; once approved you receive the signed designation and certificate, and we notify the Czech Telecommunication Office.

Questions

Who needs a DSA legal representative?

Providers of intermediary services (online platforms, marketplaces, social networks, app stores, hosting, cloud storage, VPN, DNS or CDN) with no establishment in the EU that offer their service to users in the EU.

Is the Czech Republic required?

Yes. We are established in Prague, so we can act as your legal representative only if your service is also offered in the Czech Republic.

What do the GDPR + DSA plans include?

Two separate designations: our EU (and, if chosen, UK) representative under Article 27 GDPR on the Base or Standard plan, and the DSA legal representative. Each has its own certificate and verification code.

Who sends the invoice?

AWS. The subscription appears on your AWS bill, so you will not receive a second invoice from us.

Can I pay by card instead?

Yes. If you do not use AWS, appoint us directly on our website with card, PayPal or bank transfer, yearly or monthly.

What happens at renewal?

AWS renews the annual contract automatically and our system extends your designation on its own. If you cancel, we notify the authority that the mandate has ended.
