What the AI Act asks of non-EU providers
Providers established outside the EU that place AI systems or general-purpose AI models on the EU market fall under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Providers of high-risk AI systems (Article 22) and of general-purpose AI models (Article 54) must appoint, by written mandate, an authorised representative established in the Union. Transparency duties under Article 50 apply to chatbots, generated content and deepfakes.

- 2Complete the onboarding
AWS sends you to our website: your AI systems and models, how they are offered in the EU.
- 3Receive your documents
A person reviews the file; you receive the signed mandate, the certificate and the texts to publish.
Questions
Do we need an AI Act representative?
If you are established outside the EU and provide a high-risk AI system or a general-purpose AI model on the EU market, yes. Our free check tells you plainly when you do not.
Who sends the invoice?
AWS. The subscription appears on your AWS bill, so you will not receive a second invoice from us.
Can I pay by card instead?
Yes. If you do not use AWS, appoint us directly on our website with card, PayPal or bank transfer.
What happens at renewal?
AWS renews the annual contract automatically and our system extends your mandate on its own.
Is conformity assessment included?
No. We provide representation, transparency texts and the register; conformity assessment and technical testing are not included.
