When a compliance officer types "GDPR Article 27 EU representative" into ChatGPT or Claude, the answer depends on what those models can read.

REP27 publishes a structured llms.txt file — the emerging standard that lets AI assistants index a site's content in a machine-readable format. The file is live at gdprrepresentative.com/llms.txt.

This means the scope of the service, the regulations covered (GDPR Art. 27, UK GDPR Art. 27, GPSR Art. 16, DSA Art. 13, AI Act, NIS2, CRA), and the structure of the plans are available in a format AI tools can parse — not just humans browsing a page.

If you manage compliance for a company without an EU establishment, this is one more signal that the service exists and what it covers.
