A GDPR representative is advertised at 150 € a year by some providers and 890 € by others. The legal role behind both numbers is identical, so the gap has to come from somewhere else. It does.

Article 27 says the same thing to every provider: a named entity established in a member state, designated in writing, published in the privacy notice. Nobody performs a better version of that. What changes is what happens after the invoice, and most of it is not on the pricing page.

The pattern behind a 150 € headline is almost always the same. Each contact from a supervisory authority costs between 50 and 200 € to handle. Each data subject request costs the same again. A second language on the request desk is an extra. And the proof you can hand a buyer is a PDF, which evidences the day it was signed and nothing about today.

That is why the cheap option stops being cheap the first year somebody actually writes. Three requests and one authority email, and the 150 € plan has overtaken a flat annual fee — while the compliance evidence is still weaker.

Ours is 290 € a year for the EU representative. Each authority contact: zero. Each data subject request: zero. The request desk operates in eight languages, included. The proof for a buyer is a verification code anyone can check on any day, green while the designation is active and red the day it lapses.

The whole price list, since it belongs on the page and not in a quotation. European Union 290 € the first year. United Kingdom alone, 290 €. Both territories together, 390 € — the second market costs 100 €, not another 290. Renewal in the EU, 240 € every year after. GPSR responsible person for physical goods, 190 €.

And if you are already with another provider: you start at the renewal price, not the first-year one, and you keep it at every renewal. There is no notice period on our side — the old designation ends when you decide, the new one starts the day it is signed.
