Most compliance questions for a non-EU seller start in the wrong place. People ask "do I need an EU representative?" when the real question is "what am I actually selling, and which EU rule attaches to that?"

Those are not the same thing, and the answer changes completely depending on the product.

Type "toys" into our category checker and it returns: toys and games for children — an authorised representative or economic operator established in the Union. That is product law, not data protection.

Type "pet shampoo" and it returns: consumer goods — a responsible person established in the Union under Article 16 GPSR.

Type "smart camera" and it returns connected devices and software with digital elements — an authorised representative in the Union under the Cyber Resilience Act, appointed by written mandate. And because the camera also sends footage to a cloud service, the Article 27 GDPR representative comes on top of it.

The tool holds 227 product categories. Most of them carry one to three obligations, not one. That is the part a single-service provider has no reason to tell you, because they only sell one of them.

The honest half matters more than the catalogue. If you sell food supplements, GPSR does not apply and you need a food business operator established in the Union — not us. Industrial chemicals need a REACH Only Representative, which is a specialist role we do not offer. And if your company is established in a member state, you need no EU representative at all. The tool says all of that in plain words.

Selling you nothing is part of the service. It is also the cheapest way to find out you are already covered.

Europe Services, SE — Prague, established in the EU since 2014, IČO 03571785 — for the Union. REP27 LTD, company number 17385889, for the United Kingdom.

Open the checker, type what you sell, read the rule. No account, no card.
