Artigo 27.º RGPD
Se a sua empresa está estabelecida no Brasil e oferece bens ou serviços a pessoas na União Europeia — ou monitoriza o seu comportamento — o artigo 27.º do RGPD obriga a designar por escrito um representante dentro da União. Esse representante somos nós: constamos da sua política de privacidade, somos contactáveis pelas 27 autoridades e qualquer pessoa pode verificar-nos com o código do certificado.
A LGPD segue o modelo do RGPD e exige o seu próprio representante no Brasil para empresas estrangeiras, mas não substitui o artigo 27.º para uma empresa brasileira que vende para a Europa.
