Companies appear here only where they have given written permission, so this list is shorter than our client list.
It does not certify that the company complies with the GDPR. No representative can certify that, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something else. The designation is without prejudice to legal actions against the company itself, under Article 27(5).

Verify a code
If you offer goods or services to people in the Union, Article 27 applies to you. Seven days free, no card, and the designation is live from the first day.
Who can appoint us
Article 27 does not look at legal form or turnover: it looks at where the controller is established. Outside the Union the duty applies, to a natural person too, and to a non-commercial project too.
The trial applies to every annual plan, with no credit card. The seven days start from approval: the designation is already valid and verifiable on day one, and you pay only if you decide to continue.
An EU representative under Article 27 GDPR is required of any company outside the Union that offers goods or services to people inside it, or monitors their behaviour. Below, what the obligation involves and how a designation is made.
