Artículo 27 RGPD
Si tu empresa está establecida en México y ofreces bienes o servicios a personas en la Unión Europea —o controlas su comportamiento— el artículo 27 del RGPD te obliga a designar por escrito un representante dentro de la Unión. Ese representante somos nosotros: figuramos en tu política de privacidad, estamos localizables por las 27 autoridades y cualquiera puede verificarnos con el código del certificado.
La LFPDPPP regula el tratamiento en México y no exime del artículo 27. Si tus clientes están en la UE, la designación sigue siendo obligatoria.
