Declaration

The undersigned, Amy Gibbon, Data Operations, authorised to act on behalf of Canopy Labs Ai (registration number 99-1186429), declares that the answers given in this document are true and complete and that, on that basis, the conditions of Article 14 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) are not all met. The company is therefore not subject to the obligation to designate a representative in Switzerland. It keeps this declaration as evidence of its assessment and undertakes to renew it if its processing of personal data of persons in Switzerland changes. Europe Services, SE, the company's representative in the Union under Article 27 GDPR, countersigns this declaration on the basis of the answers given.

Issued free of charge with the EU representative designation, on the basis of the answers declared and signed by the company, which remains responsible for their accuracy. It is not legal advice and does not bind the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). It has the same expiry as the EU designation and is renewed with it; if the designation expires or is suspended, so is this declaration. If the processing changes, a new declaration must be made. Europe Services, SE does not act as representative in Switzerland.
