Europe Services, SE is designated under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 as legal representative in the Union of the provider of intermediary services named above, in all the Member States where the service is offered. It may be addressed, in addition to or instead of the provider, by the authorities of the Member States, the Commission and the Board on all issues necessary for the receipt of, compliance with and enforcement of decisions issued under the Regulation (Article 13(2)), and may be held liable for non-compliance without prejudice to the liability of the provider (Article 13(3)). The designation does not constitute an establishment in the Union (Article 13(5)).
